I have been an artist based in Connecticut for more than 21 years. Connecticut has been a second home to me ever since I moved from Albania to the United States. After completing middle school in my hometown, I took a chance and applied to an art school in the next town over, which offered great opportunities for young artists like myself.
It took me four years to graduate in fashion design, but during that time, I focused on painting, drawing, and sculpture. After graduation, I returned to my hometown and taught art classes for a year to talented young artists.
Now, I have established this website with the goal of creating a non-profit organization that will benefit both the elderly and young people in my hometown who are no longer able to support themselves. It's my way of giving back to my community, which has given so much to me over my 56 years of existence.
